As per the instructions of the National President of Mahila Congress, Ms. Alka Lamba, the Mumbai Mahila Congress, under the leadership of President Mrs. Anisha Bagul, organized a „Nari Nyay Andolan’ in South Central Mumbai. The protest addressed the increasing crimes against women, rising inflation, and the non-implementation of the Women’s Reservation Act. Through the Nari Nyay Andolan, the Mahila Congress is raising its voice for women‟s rights and empowerment across the entire country.
